Javier García Pajares

Javier was diagnosed with deaf-blindness when he was hardly 15 years old. After a harsh but short period, he got back on track with his studies.

He was the first European student with deaf-blindness that went on Erasmus Exchange. Moreover, he obtained a dual degree in Law and Business and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Currently he is working as a Legal Advisor of ILUNION.

In addition, he has recently climbed Mulhacen, Almanzor, as well as 7 other tops of Alps that are more than 4000 meters high, along with his colleagues within the project Un mundo con sentido (A world with sense).
