Virginia Castellano Gómez-Monedero

Born in Malaga, she graduated in Economics and Business Administration in 1997 from C.U.N.E.F. (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros), financing branch. She studied an International MBA at the Antonio de Nebrija University between 1997 and 1998, and a specialization program in Marketing at U.C.Berkeley in 1999. 

She began her professional career in the financial analysis (Sintel S.A.) and Marketing (Wernick Marketing Group) sectors, and joined ONCE, in General Management, in 2000, as a labor integration technician, going on to work as a social services advisor between 2002 and 2011, when she took on the position of technical director of Social Welfare, Benefits and Volunteering, until January 2023. She is currently executive director of Education, Employment and Braille.
