Sonia Viñas

Director of the Universia Foundation has been working for 15 years in the design and implementation of social innovation policies in the university and in enterprises, through collaborative projects that promote change processes, focused on equitable learning and diversity management, with special attention to the inclusion and leadership of people with disabilities.

She has previously held various positions in the area of People related to the identification and attraction of young talent.
