In order to make the participation more desirable during the Congress, as well as to provide more opportunities for every person who wishes to present his/her experiences and / or reflections on the generic theme "Disability and University" the Congress offers a space for POSTERS, in which in an orderly manner during 5 minutes of exposure and 5 minutes of questions, participants can present their presentations.
The space is open to every person attending the 4th Congress.
If you are interested in participating, we kindly ask you to inform us about it at the following email address: email@example.com, respecting the deadline from September 1st to October 12th, 2018, and specifying if you need any kind of technical assistance for your presentation.
- Posters dimension should not exceed 124 cm wide x 108 cm long, and should have a font size that is easy to read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
- Posters should be sent to the organizer no later than October 12th, 2018, in order to be mounted in the corresponding area. Authors are responsible for printing their posters.
- Posters will be exposed in the exhibition hall called “POSTER SPACE”, where can be found poster panels and audio-visual equipment.
- Posters should be on display for the duration of the whole congress except for good cause shown, in order to give the attendees enough time to read them. Posters must be removed at the end of the Congress. The organizer will not take any responsibility for posters or other material left in the poster area.
