Associated with the ONCE Social Group since 1992, Martínez Donoso has held various positions of responsibility in the organisation, such as CEO of the FUNDOSA Group and Vice-President of the ILUNION Group, and is therefore responsible for implementing innovative projects that generate employment for people with disabilities.

Currently, since April 2011, he is General Director of Fundación ONCE and Vice-President of the INSERTA Empleo Association.

With legal and industrial university training, José Luis Martínez Donoso began his professional career in a complex sector such as the manufacturing of industrial materials, in which he gained important experience in the areas of management and personnel, being responsible for the Organisation and Personnel area of a multinational in the industrial sector and an independent consultant in industrial improvements and HR for more than 15 years.

Knowledge and experience that allow him to fulfil his manifest desire to improve the quality of life and the labour insertion of people with disabilities; and to continue promoting the work of the Special Employment Centres. Not in vain is he the current 1st Vice-President of the Spanish Business Federation of Associations of Special Employment Centres (FEACEM), President of the Business Association of Special Employment Centres for People with Disabilities of the ONCE Foundation (AECEMFO), and 1st Executive Vice-President of the BEQUAL Foundation.
