HUMBERTO JAVIER RODRÍGUEZ HERNÁNDEZ

Doctor by the University of Jaén, Spain in the Program of Didactic Innovation and Teacher Training with an Outstanding Cum Laude.  He has the category of Desirable Profile by the Teacher Professional Development Programme (PRODEP) in Mexico. His lines of research are Inclusive Education, Attention to Diversity and Inclusive Teacher Training, among others. 

He is an expert for the European Network for Inclusive Education and for UNESCO on Inclusion and Equity in Education, since 2016. His latest contributions with UNESCO appear in:

He is a member of several Scientific Committees, Reviewer of research reports for several scientific journals such as the Journal of International Special Needs Education and the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health and collaborator in several Universities and National and International Organizations such as La Fundación ONCE (Spain), AGFUND (Saudi Arabia), The Hanan Association (Morocco) among others.  He has been part of the examining jury for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate exams.

He is director of the Escuela Normal de Especialización Humberto Ramos Lozano in Monterrey, Mexico, director of the Master's Programme in Inclusive Education and of the International Congress "Inclusive Education, a horizon of possibilities" which takes place every year in Monterrey, Mexico.
