Lecturer in Labour and Social Security Law. Currently postdoctoral researcher contracted within the framework of the Spanish university system re-qualification programme (Margarita Salas). Author of numerous publications on disability and of the monograph "La reserva de empleo para las personas con discapacidad en España, Laborum, 2021". Member of the editorial board of the Revista Española de Discapacidad.
