María Victoria Martín Cilleros. She is a lecturer in the Department of Didactics, Organisation and Research Methods at the University of Salamanca. 

She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Salamanca. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Didactics, Organisation and Research Methods at the University of Salamanca, being deputy director of the same. She has fifteen years of university teaching experience, lecturer in the Master's Degree in Disability Research, the University Master's Degree in Teacher Training and Improvement in Ecuador and in the Doctorate Programme in Education, director of several extraordinary courses at the University of Salamanca.
