With a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Management, Sabina has 25 years of experience in different positions in the disability sector linked to the ONCE social group.  

She is currently the Director of Training, Employment, Operations and Studies at Fundación ONCE. 

Throughout her career she has promoted and implemented numerous successful projects related to the training and employment of people with disabilities. She has been the main promoter of ODISMET, an Observatory that provides updated statistics on the situation of people with disabilities in Spain in relation to the labour market, with the support of the European Social Fund and in priority collaboration with the INE. 

She is an Advisor to the Consejo Superior de Estadística and ViceChair of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR), a European network of service providers for people with disabilities.
