MARÍA DEL MAR MEDEIROS CUIÑA

Born in Pontevedra. Law Degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Master's Degree from the Instituto de Empresa, LCCI from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, completing her studies in Business and Management at Kinsway College London, and Westminster College London. Executive Programme in Senior Management from Esade and GCSS from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she has participated in the Seminar on Ethical Leadership FLQ & ICADE of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and in the Programme for Board Members, promoted by the Spanish Association of Female Executives and Board Members.

Her professional experience of more than 23 years has been consolidated since 1998 in the consultancy sector, occupying different positions among which stand out: Head of the Agreements and Contracts Unit and Director of the Projects Department of Fundosa Social Consulting SA, Secretary of the FSC.DISCAPACIDAD Association, Director of the Inserta Programme and the Inserta Forum, and Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Female Executives and Directors, having been elected Top 100 leading women in Spain.

She is also currently Director of the areas of Companies, Alliances, CSR-D, Social Marketing of INSERTA and Agreements of Fundación ONCE, working to promote the employment of people with disabilities, optimise diversity as a factor of competitiveness, essential for attracting clients and talent, and configure alliances to promote sustainable and inclusive development "leaving no one behind" in line with SDG 17.
